Our mission is clear: to conduct, support, and promote scientific research and education on whales and the ocean planet we share. But we can’t do it alone.

Below you will find the option to donate one time or make your donation recurring. Recurring donations allow us to plan ahead and know that a certain amount of revenue will be available every month. Whatever donation is right for you, we are grateful for your support!

Whale Trust is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, registered in the state of Hawaii. All donations are tax deductible as allowable by law.

DONATE DIRECTLY FROM YOUR IRA

If you are over age 70 ½, you can make tax-free donations to Whale Trust directly from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA).

Your gift counts toward your required minimum distribution and you can enjoy tax savings even if you don’t itemize your deductions.

Simply notify your IRA plan administrator of your intention to make a gift directly to Whale Trust, making sure to provide our address and a contact name.
